Family Pack - can I book it online?

Two adults, two kids. I found the Family Pack but not in the normal online checkout. Is that because it is phone/ticket-booth only, not an online product?

Correct. The Family Pack for two adults plus two children is bookable by phone or at the Pier 33 ticket booth, not through the normal online flow.

Fine print first, then the fun part. Trips go better when nothing surprises me at the gate.

If you want it before travel day, phone is the practical option rather than hoping to sort it at the pier.
