Do not plan on a same-day rescue. For a missed tour, check in at Will Call, but the published policy says no same-day refunds or reschedules for missed tours.

miss the ferry - can they move me later that day?
Worried about traffic. If I miss my booked departure, can Pier 33 just move me to a later ferry that day, or is that wishful thinking?
