S.E.A.T. tram: who can use it?
Mobility impairment, can manage very short level walks but not the hill to the Cellhouse. Is the S.E.A.T. tram specifically for visitors with mobility impairments, and does it run dock-to-Cellhouse and back?
Family Pack - can I book it online?
Two adults, two kids. I found the Family Pack but not in the normal online checkout. Is that because it is phone/ticket-booth only, not an online product?
Ticket Assurance worth 10% if plans are shaky?
Plans may change. Standard ticket lets me cancel/reschedule up to 72h before. Assurance costs 10% and moves that to 24h, right? just checking I am paying only for that extra flexibility
Behind the Scenes + mobility needs
Considering Behind the Scenes, but we need the accessible tram. I saw a note that the tram only lines up with one departure time in summer/winter and needs advance notice. Can somebody confirm before I buy the wrong slot?
Day Tour includes the Cellhouse audio, right?
Basic question because I keep seeing the audio tour sold as if it is its own thing. If I buy the standard Day Tour, is “Doing Time” in the Cellhouse already included?
