Behind the Scenes + mobility needs

Considering Behind the Scenes, but we need the accessible tram. I saw a note that the tram only lines up with one departure time in summer/winter and needs advance notice. Can somebody confirm before I buy the wrong slot?

And you need to notify Alcatraz City Cruises at least 72 hours in advance so the extra staffing can be arranged. This is one where departure choice matters.

For Behind the Scenes, the accessible tram is tied to the 5:20 PM departure in summer and 3:20 PM in winter.
