The hard part is the island grade: dock to Cellhouse is about 0.25 mile with 130 feet of elevation gain. That is exactly why S.E.A.T. matters. Using it does not mean missing the main Cellhouse visit.
The hill is the worry, not the museum itself. If I use S.E.A.T. to reach the top, am I still able to do the main Cellhouse floor/audio-tour experience, museum displays and basic visitor facilities in an accessible way?

The Cellhouse main floor, museum displays, bookstores, Island Theater, dock area and vessels are listed as wheelchair accessible; there is also an accessible elevator in the Cellhouse.
